First class service as always, easy process, speedy collection and return with a video showing the handset working correctly

Remote handset working superbly well after your service
However as an aside note - I have downloaded the Stewart Golf Battery App, but unable to pick recognition of the hardware. Perhaps you have a detailed description of how to tune in ????

Excellent service

Having read your notice that you could repair Handsets, I sent my handset for repair at a cost of £49.00. I received a message to say that you could not repair the handset as you did not have the replacement parts and therefore needed to charge me another £75.00. Which I reluctantly paid. I asked for the original handset back as the only fault was that the golf trolley could not be controlled to move backwards. I then received another new handset as a replacement because you had disposed of my original handset. I do not need two handsets and would have preferred not have paid the extra £75.00.

Serviced trolley - battery and handset and also spare battery ands handset.
