We’re so proud of the care and attention we put into building every Stewart Golf trolley that we make sure every one we make comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. Once you have read these terms and conditions, please complete the form below and we will register your warranty against your trolley.
Our dedicated self-help website is designed to resolve all issues but in the rare eventuality that a warranty fault occurs during the relevant period then we shall at our own expense and within reasonable time repair or, at our option, replace the goods or such parts as are defective or otherwise remedy such defect.
Transport in a bespoke Stewart Golf box designed to protect the trolley is mandatory. Please retain your Stewart Golf box: if you have not retained it there will be a £30+carriage charge for a new one to be delivered to you.
The warranty is a UK Borders warranty. If your address is in the UK and you agree to use a carrier nominated by us then we shall bear the associated carriage costs.
If you are outside the UK, in the first instance please contact your place of purchase or your local distributor or dealer. If your address is outside the UK but you do not have a local distributor, carriage to and from the UK is your responsibility but we may still be able to arrange collection and redeliver for you at the following rates: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands £25; Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden £40; Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Romania £50; we are not able to offer collection and redelivery to other locations including but not limited to Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
If you bought your trolley inside the UK but then took it outside UK borders the warranty remains a UK borders one and you will be liable for the carriage costs to and from the UK.
Stewart Golf may also authorise the repair or, at our option, replacement of any part found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. We reserve the right to inspect these parts. We will not bear any costs incurred (including carriage) due to an item being returned with a suspected fault, and after inspection if no fault can be found, or it is found that the customer has not fully understood all of the functions of the trolley or the part in question.
Exclusions to the warranty include, but are not limited to: damage during shipment if not packed in a Stewart Golf designated box or according to Stewart Golf instructions; wear and tear; results of neglect, misuse or accidents; damage howsoever caused; or utilisation for any purpose other than carrying a golf bag on a golf course. Trolleys, which have been fitted with non-genuine Stewart Golf parts, or have been modified from the manufacturers specifications, are excluded. Stewart Golf products used for commercial or rental purposes are excluded.
Proof of purchase will always be required for any warranty claim and no warranty is ever transferable to a third party.
Lithium Battery Warranty
Batteries are a complex technology and a number of variables contribute to battery performance and thus the performance of your trolley. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan: eventually their capacity and performance decline so that they need to be replaced. As batteries age, it can contribute to changes in their performance.
All of our batteries are covered by a two (2) year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. Loss of battery performance owing to external damage (howsoever caused), misuse and/or abuse, incorrect charging or other failures not attributable to a manufacturing defect are specifically excluded from this warranty. The battery must be charged only with the charger supplied by Stewart Golf, and the instructions must be followed exactly.
