The Perfect Fit Promise gives you 30 days from delivery to decide whether your new Stewart Golf trolley is right for your game. If you'd prefer a different model, you can swap it for another new trolley in our range, with free collection arranged by us.
The Perfect Fit Promise applies to new electric golf trolleys purchased directly from stewartgolf.co.uk. It excludes Approved Refurbished products, bespoke products made to your specific requirements, and purchases from third-party retailers. The Promise allows one exchange per order.

The Perfect Fit Promise lets you exchange your trolley for a different model in our range, rather than change the colour of the same model. If you'd like to change your trolley's colour, take a look at our Design Series DIY Kits. Our standard website colour options are not considered bespoke products and remain eligible for statutory cancellation rights, where applicable.
If the replacement trolley costs more than your original purchase, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
No. We’ll arrange collection of your original trolley free of charge using our nominated carrier.
The Perfect Fit Promise offers a swap to another new trolley rather than a money-back guarantee. However, your statutory rights remain unaffected, including your legal right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund. Different rules apply to certain customised products and where goods have been used beyond what is necessary to try them out. Read our full Returns Policy.
The Perfect Fit Promise is designed to help you find the right trolley for your game. If your trolley develops a fault, your rights and the terms of our warranty still apply. Please contact us if you believe your trolley has developed a fault.
Yes. You must keep the original packaging to use the Perfect Fit Promise. This helps ensure your trolley can be safely packaged and returned to us.
