I have owned my Stewart Golf Q Follow trolley for three years. It is a great concept, but unfortunately the build quality and reliability have been disappointing.
I am now having to send it back for repair for the second time because the trolley simply will not switch on. As the two-year warranty has expired, Stewart Golf expects me to pay £225 for the box and service.
My biggest concern is that only Stewart Golf can properly service or repair these trolleys, so you have little choice but to send the trolley back to them. The overall process can easily leave you without a trolley for more than two weeks, which is extremely inconvenient.
The follow function is clever, but reliability matters more. There are now many better-built alternatives available, even if they do not offer the follow feature. Based on my experience, I would find it difficult to recommend the Q Follow, particularly once the warranty has expired.

Stewart Golf collect my trolley on Monday 17th August and I received it again on Friday 21st August- having paid for the full service, I was expecting just that- a service. The trolley has been cleaned to such a high standard it looks absolutely brand new! They have replaced many parts including the rubber silicone cover of the remote! The trolley seems "quieter" and is functioning exceptionally well. My frustrations seems to have disappeared and I must commend Stewart Golf and their service team for always remaining professional and delivering an excellent product.
I would definitely recommend anyone who has bought/ thinking about buying one of their trollies to have it serviced every 18-24 months!
