Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the next working day. Once despatched, standard UK delivery is usually 1–2 working days, although some areas may take longer. Delivery times for economy shipping can be up to five working days.

Golf bags can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and returned with all original packaging and labels. Personalised or custom items are not eligible for return. Golf bags and accessories purchased separately are not included in our 30-day trolley trial.

The NERO 2 is designed specifically for the Q Follow and VERTX Remote, with a keyed base that locks the bag securely into place and prevents it from twisting during your round. It is also fully compatible with the V10 and older X Series trolleys. As these models do not feature the keyed base system, the NERO 2 will sit on them like a standard golf bag.

The NERO 2 is not completely waterproof, but it is designed to protect your equipment in wet conditions. It features tour-grade synthetic leather and an integrated rain cover to help keep your clubs and equipment protected when the weather turns.

The NERO 2 keeps all the excellent features of the original NERO while introducing a number of refinements, including a redesigned top that makes the bag easier to lift and transport, an integrated rain cover for added protection and an updated pocket layout for improved organisation.

No. While the keyed base is designed specifically for Stewart Golf trolleys, the NERO 2 can also be used as a conventional golf bag on other compatible trolley systems.

Yes. The NERO 2 features a removable front pocket that can be separately embroidered, giving you the option to personalise your bag. We don't currently offer an in-house customisation service, but this can be arranged independently through an embroidery service.
