1. You choose your Q Follow, Q Remote, X10 Follow, X10 Remote or R1-S Push and purchase it as normal.
2. Take it out on the golf course, learn how to get the most from it and really enjoy the experience of a handbuilt Stewart Golf trolley.
3. If you don't think it's the perfect golfing companion for you, simply return it to us and we'll give you your money back*.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is in its original packaging and undamaged;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
3 Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:
(a) repackage the product in its original packaging with any accessories originally delivered.
(b) include a copy of the invoice
Products returned under this policy must be sent (we would recommend recorded delivery) to:
Stewart Golf Ltd, Edison Close. Waterwells Business Park, Quedgeley, GL2 2FN.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. If you prefer, we can arrange collection at a cost of £30 (UK ONLY, overseas customers please contact us.)
The following may not be returned under this policy:
(a) Signature Range trolleys;
(b) gift vouchers.
(c) any Approved Used trolleys
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us (where we have arranged the return).
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
(6) Reasonable Wear
We expect to see signs that the product has been on a golf course (ie grass & mud), however if during inspection any damage not considered normal wear and tear is discovered, the cost of repair / replacement components will be deducted from any refund due.
