Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the next working day. For trolleys that are currently in stock, standard UK delivery is usually 1–2 working days after dispatch. Some trolleys are built to order, so delivery times may vary. Any applicable estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Every new trolley comes with a 30-day trial, giving you the opportunity to experience it on the course before deciding whether it’s right for you. Trolleys that have been customised to your specification are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Approved Refurbished Stewart Golf trolleys are pre-owned models that have been thoroughly checked, serviced and refurbished by our in-house team. Every trolley passes our rigorous 21-point check and road test before receiving our stamp of approval, ensuring it meets our standards before being offered for sale.

For optimal performance and stability, we recommend using a cart, staff or tour bag weighing between 13 and 15kg. Lightweight stand bags are not recommended, as their lighter construction can create a higher centre of gravity and affect the stability of the VERTX Remote. Their slimmer profile can also make it more difficult for the bag straps to secure the bag properly.

For the best fit and performance, we also offer a range of Stewart Golf bags specifically designed for use with our trolleys.

Every genuine Stewart Golf battery is designed to provide enough capacity for a full round when fully charged. We don't quote battery life in terms of holes because every course is different, and factors such as terrain, playing conditions, temperature and how you play can all affect the distance travelled. The Base battery provides 230 Wh of capacity, while the Max and Max XL offer 307 Wh and 384 Wh respectively for golfers who want additional capacity.

We recommend fully charging your battery after every round and checking the battery percentage in our free app before you play, giving you complete peace of mind before you set off. In the unlikely event that the battery does run out during a round, the VERTX Remote can be placed into freewheel mode, allowing you to push it like a traditional push trolley.

As the VERTX Remote is heavier than a standard push trolley, freewheel mode is designed purely as a failsafe. Under normal circumstances, the VERTX Remote should always be used with the battery and remote as intended.

The VERTX Remote is built to perform on challenging terrain, with Active Terrain Control providing the stability, traction and consistency needed to handle steep slopes and uneven ground. The CORTEX chip analyses the terrain 1,000 times per second, continuously adjusting power delivery to keep the trolley steady and controlled as the gradient changes, whether you’re climbing, descending or navigating undulations.

Absolutely. The VERTX Remote is designed and built in Gloucestershire, so it’s made to cope with the wet conditions you can encounter on the golf course. You can keep playing when the weather takes a turn, with the reassurance that your trolley is built for year-round use. As with any electric trolley, we recommend following the care and maintenance guidance in your owner’s manual to keep it performing at its best.
