Every new trolley comes with a 30-day trial, giving you the opportunity to experience it on the course before deciding whether it’s right for you. Trolleys that have been customised to your specification are not eligible for return unless faulty.

The Q Follow Carbon features the same Follow technology, performance and functionality as the Q Follow. The difference is in the design, with a refined carbon Cerakote® finish and a choice of bold colourways that give the Carbon Range its distinctive look.

Every new Q Follow comes with a 30-day trial, giving you the opportunity to experience it on the course before making your final decision. It’s your chance to get familiar with the Q Follow and see how it fits into your game, with the reassurance of our comprehensive warranty and dedicated UK Customer Care team behind you throughout your ownership.

For optimal performance and stability, we recommend using a cart, staff or tour bag weighing between 13 and 15kg. Lightweight stand bags are not recommended, as their lighter construction can create a higher centre of gravity and affect the stability of the Q Follow. Their slimmer profile can also make it more difficult for the bag straps to secure the bag properly.

For the best fit and performance, we also offer a range of Stewart Golf bags specifically designed for use with our trolleys.

Every genuine Stewart Golf battery is designed to provide enough capacity for a full round when fully charged. We don't quote battery life in terms of holes because every course is different, and factors such as terrain, playing conditions, temperature and how you play can all affect the distance travelled. The Base battery provides 230 Wh of capacity, while the Max and Max XL offer 307 Wh and 384 Wh respectively for golfers who want additional capacity.

We recommend fully charging your battery after every round and checking the battery percentage in our free app before you play, giving you complete peace of mind before you set off. In the unlikely event that the battery does run out during a round, the Q Follow can be placed into freewheel mode, allowing you to push it like a traditional push trolley.

As the Q Follow is heavier than a standard push trolley, freewheel mode is designed purely as a failsafe. Under normal circumstances, the Q Follow should always be used with the battery and remote as intended.

The Q Follow is designed to handle the varied terrain you’ll encounter on the golf course, with the stability and traction needed to navigate slopes, undulations and uneven ground. Its intelligent Follow technology is also designed to respond naturally as you move around the course, keeping the Q Follow moving smoothly with you.

Absolutely. The Q Follow is designed and built in Gloucestershire, so it has to be ready for British weather. It's engineered to cope with wet conditions on the course, allowing you to keep playing when the weather takes a turn. As with any electric trolley, we recommend following the care and maintenance guidance in your owner's manual to keep it performing at its best.
