Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are normally despatched the next working day. Once despatched, standard UK delivery is usually 1–2 working days, although some areas may take longer. Delivery times for economy shipping can be up to five working days.

Golf bags can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and returned with all original packaging and labels. Personalised or custom items are not eligible for return. Golf bags and accessories purchased separately are not included in our 30-day trolley trial.

On the Q Follow and VERTX Remote, the keyed base locks the bag securely into place and prevents it from twisting during your round. The Lowered Stand Mechanism also keeps the stand legs clear of the trolley, preventing them from catching against the bag and trying to deploy. The NEXAS can also be used with other compatible trolley systems.

The NEXAS is not completely waterproof, but it is designed to provide protection in wet conditions. It features water-resistant materials and a rain hood to help keep your clubs and equipment protected when the weather turns.

Yes. The NEXAS combines the storage and trolley compatibility of a cart bag with the flexibility of a stand bag. The integrated stand system lets you set the bag down securely when carrying, while the Quick Release Equilibrium Straps provide a balanced and comfortable fit.

Yes. The NEXAS features a removable front pocket that can be separately embroidered, giving you the option to personalise your bag. We don't currently offer an in-house customisation service, but this can be arranged independently through an embroidery service.
