{"product_id":"q-series-services","title":"Q \u0026 VERTX Services","description":"\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePackages\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn response to customer demand, Stewart Golf have introduced a number of service packages to allow you to maintain Stewart Golf Machines. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFault Diagnosis\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe trolley will be assessed by our service engineers and a report of the diagnosis provided together with a quote for work needed which will include parts and labour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe diagnosis does not include any cleaning of the trolley.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that this is for fault finding and repair only; this is not a service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf a full service\/valet is required, please book a Premier Service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePremier Service \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePremier servicing of the Q Series includes full inspection of both front and rear axles, along with replacement wheel \u0026amp; axle bearings.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur engineers will strip down and rebuild the motors, removing any accumulated carbon dust. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInspection of the brushes, lock ring \u0026amp; slider and gearboxes will be undertaken, with the gearbox being re-greased and brushes replaced if necessary. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll Q Series will receive a replacement bag support, to the latest design. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eBattery Health Check\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncluded in your premium service\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur engineers will inspect your SmartPower battery and charger. Undertaking a full discharge and recharge capacity test, with any battery capacity above 80% being passed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny and all battery firmware will be updated. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHandset Service\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003c\/em\u003eIncluded in your premium service\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur engineers will update your handset firmware to the latest available, ensuring the best performance out on the course. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will replace the handset battery, top and bottom mouldings, keypad, belt clip, silicon skin and USB charging cable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eValet Clean\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncluded in your premier service\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll components will be cleaned to our premium standards. Your trolley will be dismantled and each piece inspected, cleaned and reassembled. Including both rear and front wheels. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eAfter your service, we will contact you to update you on the condition of your Q Series and advise if we recommend any further work not covered by our service package. Any additional work you agree to go ahead with (while your trolley is still in our service centre) will not incur labour charges.
