The X9 Remote is the latest remote controlled trolley from the multi-award winning X-Series from Stewart Golf. Originally launched in 2003 as the X1 Remote, the X-Series is recognised as one of the world's finest remote controlled machines. As well as great fun to use on the golf course, the X-Series is a product that will help your game by allowing you to walk the course unencumbered by your equipment. With the X9 Remote, all you do is walk.
Specifically designed as a remote controlled machine, the X9 Remote benefits from a low and central centre of gravity and 4 wheels. This balance is complimented by a world leading electronics system which allows you to control the X9 Remote from up to 50m away.
The new X9 Remote differs visually from the previous X7 Lithium only by the badge on the back of the machine and the removal of the aerial - the real differences are where you can't see them. Based on the same electronics system as the groundbreaking X9 Follow announced in April, the new X9 Remote uses the latest in Bluetooth technology to connect the machine to the compact handset.
The accuracy of the new Bluetooth communications system has allowed engineers at Stewart Golf to refine the remote steering even further. Coupled with the increased traction that the new V3 wheels provide, the X9 Remote is now smoother and more responsive than ever.

Had my last X3R for 8 years and was totally satisfied with it , however time has moved on and my old unit had suffered damage and required repair which was not worth proceeding with due to potential cost, so a new unit ordered and delivered Unknown on 5th Dec 2017
Very good design, , simple to set up and dismantle. Steve Berry on 11th Oct 2017
Great product looks so much better than any other remote trolley,
Great product, simple to use, set up etc.
minus: the cart creaks when I run on the bumpy grass Hans Kurt Winther on 7th Apr 2017
The customer service of this company is exceptional, when you get an issue in my opinion is when a company shows their worth. I had an issue with one of the motors the company sent me out a box an arrange to pick up. They upgraded cables and returned to me however DPD had managed to damage casing. Stewart again arranged to pick up trolley and change casing. The trolley itself is fantastic and has definitely enhanced my enjoyment for the game. Great fun to casually steer your trolley to next tee while you walk to green. I would recommend this trolley to anyone yes it's expensive however the Rolls Royce of golf trolleys in my opinion. Thank you Stewart golf for your customer service. Paul Castle on 28th Mar 2017
Great product looks so much better than any other remote trolley had this now for a month and no problems at all never going back to carrying.so easy to use and set up Ian on 22nd Aug 2016
I ordered this cart as I am getting older and needed to rest my arms to play my shots. I was pleased with the service received and have used the trolley once, when it met and exceeded my expectations. It is very easy to get used to the controls. The quality of the build is apparent and it is easy to set up the trolley and take it down again. I would recommend this trolley to anyone. P Adams on 9th Aug 2016
What a game changer!
Great product, simple to use, set up etc.
Really helps you round the course an absolute joy to use, so glad i finally took the plunge, wish i had bought one earlier.
Highly recommended. Tony L on 2nd Jun 2016
Having had the X3 for 7 years without a hitch it was a 'no brainer' to part exchange for the latest X9 Remote! That said I did the research and checked the whole range of what was available in Electric Trolleys and the X9 was well ahead of the field. It looks great and is packed with design features that make it a joy to use. No dodgy bag fittings but a solid assembly that holds the bag in place game after game. The streamlined design not only looks good but protects the working parts and battery from the elements. It performs well on all manner of terrain and in all conditions. The remote aspect is the next best thing to a real life caddy, taking the strain up the fairways and letting you send the trolley around to the next tee whist you attend to matters on the green. A great product and if it lasts as well as the previous X3 I will be more than happy! Dave Glover on 27th Apr 2016
Having deliberated on going for the X9 Remote or the Motocaddy S7 remote to complement my Z1 Push, I finally opted for the X9 on the basis of it being a "proven" design and following a "test drive" with the American Golf touring display truck. Despite taking delivery in December, the weather only allowed the first outing in early February with hedgehog wheels fitted. My home course has challenging terrain, a lot of sloping fairways to traverse, a number of steep slopes to be climbed and some "ridged" fairways, all of which are still suffering from the rain at present. I found the X9 relatively easy to master and took the sound advice in the manual to practice before going onto the course. When traversing the side of a sloping fairway, I had to regularly turn the X9 into the slope to prevent it turning down the hill. This was a little frustrating but I got used to it and became increasingly proficient at doing this with little thought. I found that the best place to position myself was behind the X9 when using its' remote facility. I liked the fact that it could achieve a good speed as I walk quite quickly. It only go "stuck" on one narrow dip which was still waterlogged and I was happy to forgive this one obstacle. I wore cold weather golf gloves and consequently found pressing the buttons on the remote fractionally trickier as a result. Overall, however, I found the experience very satisfactory. The main benefits are that I find the round more relaxing with more energy to devote to a shot and that it speeded up my progress around the course. Brian on 2nd Feb 2016
Have just got this new x9 trolley and can't believe that it has made such a difference to my golf as now I can have my game in front and waiting at the next tea. Easy to use and program. Makes a good game an excellent game. Thanks to all the team at Stewart golf. Colin Robertson on 17th Jul 2015
Q: What happens if two (or more) of the same group are using an X9 Follow? Will they interfere with one another?
A: Every X9 (Follow & Remote) has a unique transmission code that it uses via bluetooth (just like your mobile device has its own name). This means that only the handset supplied with your X9 will be able to control your trolley.
Devices that output electrical signals can affect the two zones that the X9 Follow creates, and therefore performance. This includes other X9 Follow machines, but if you stay 5 meters apart then there should not be any issues. Other devices that transmit or create radio or magnetic fields can affect performance.
