X Series Service
Typical time taken: 5 working days.
In response to customer demand, Stewart Golf have introduced a number of service packages to allow you to maintain your X Series.
Basic Service - £29.
This includes:
Inspection of all major components; chassis, rear wheels, handle, main support, rear cover, front cover, motors (including motor trim balancing) and front wheels, handset and the electronics system. The handset inspection will include the handset being opened, board checked, and then being resealed.
After inspection, we will contact you to advise on the condition of your product and advise if we recommend any parts to be replaced (at additional cost).
On completion of mechanical checks and work, your machine will be cleaned and polished.
Comprehensive Service - £79.
The comprehensive service includes all of the elements of the basic service, and in addition:
Handset service including: battery, switch membrane & belt clip replacement.
Handset reseal.
Drive dog & drive mould replacement.
Motor clean & inspection (brush replacement if necessary).
Carriage Costs.
£0 - If you are able to bring your machine to our Gloucestershire factory or arrange carriage yourself then there is no additional charge for transportation.
£34.50 - If you kept the original packaging that the trolley came in, we can just collect it from you right away. This option includes redelivery back to your address.
£54.50 - If you don't have your box, this option is for you. We will send you a packing case, you then pack up the trolley and then we will arrange collection. Delivery back to you is also included.
