Disruption to deliveries January 16-20.
Stewart Golf are moving in to a new warehouse over this period to accomodate the level of growth that we are experiencing. This process will use almost all of our staff so this means that no orders will be despatched in this period. One member of staff will remain in the office to attend to orders, calls and emails as necessary.
You can still place orders as usual and they will be processed as quickly as possible in the week starting January 23rd.
Shipping Information
Despatch Lead Times:
Most orders will be despatched within 1 working day of receipt of your paid order. We expect to despatch any item within 5 working days of order, unless the item is specified as 'Awaiting Stock' or otherwise specified on the product page. In either case we will contact you with an expected date of despatch upon receipt of your order. If you require a specific delivery date please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Delivery within the United Kingdom:
Standard Delivery:
We may either use Royal Mail or Interlink Express for deliveries within the UK.
Interlink Express:
For high value or large items we may use the courier Interlink Express. If you have provided your email address and mobile phone number, you will receive updates regarding delivery automatically from Interlink Express. If we have your email address, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number. With this number you will be able to contact Interlink directly should you need to change the day of delivery. Please do not contact Stewart Golf once your item has been shipped.
Delivery for most addresses will be the next working day after despatch, up to 5pm. Guaranteed timed (by 12 or by 9.30) and Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional charge, please contact us for details.
Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery to some regions of Scotland, Northern Ireland and other non-mainland addresses. Please feel free to contact us should you wish to confirm service availability for your region.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom:
In countries where we do not have a local distributor (please see our International Distributors list), we will ship products using either Interlink Express, DPD or UPS. Costs for these services vary depending on the products ordered and location, but will be specified in the checkout process before you are asked to submit any payment details.
